Defensive doubts brewing

Burton have injury concerns over defensive duo Richard Jackson and Paul Boertien for the trip to Cheltenham.Jackson and Boertien remain doubtful as they continue to battle against a calf problem and a dead leg respectively.Manager Paul Peschisolido will again be without the services of Darren Stride, who has yet to feature in 2010 due to a groin problem.The club captain has seen a specialist about the injury and the Brewers are now awaiting the results before they can assess the extent of the damage.Midfielder Michael Simpson is still struggling with a stress fracture in his foot and is at least three weeks away from a return.The Brewers are unbeaten in four league games following Saturday's 1-0 win over Port Vale.
