Brewers tie up Thompson deal

Burton Albion boss Paul Peschisolido has responded to his team's defensive crisis by snapping up the Barnsley defender O'Neil Thompson on a 28-day loan deal.
The 26-year-old Jamaica international will provide cover for injured trio Aaron Webster, Darren Stride and Richard Jackson as well as the suspended Guy Branston.
Peschisolido told the Brewers' official website: "We needed to bring someone in because of the shortage of defenders we have at the moment.
"I know a few people who know him from Jamaica and Barnsley and they speak very highly of him."
