Webster credits boss for improvement
Burton striker Aaron Webster claims his fine form has stemmed from boss Paul Peschisolido giving him "a kick up the bum".
The 29-year-old`s contract was set to expire at the end of last season, but he was told he would get a new one - if he earned it.
"That`s probably the little push I needed," he told BBC Radio Derby. "I needed that jolt."
Webster has scored six goals so far this season.
