Pesch slams `desperate` Brewers

Furious Burton boss Paul Peschisolido admitted his side's display was "desperate" as they went down 3-1 at Accrington and conceded his players struggle to find their best form away from home. Phil Edwards, Ian Craney and Andy Procter were all on target for Stanley in a one-sided clash, while Greg Pearson scored a late consolation for the Brewers. "It was desperate, absolutely desperate," said Peschisolido. "We could not pass the ball, they wanted it more, they won the first ball and they were just too good for us. But we allowed that to happen. When we got the ball, we gave it away. "It's the same old story away from home as we were lacklustre and lacking in quality. "The lack of quality was there for all to see. Whether it's a confidence issue or a quality issue, I don't know, but there are plenty of issues. "What I said to the players will stay in the dressing room but, away from home you need an edge and we haven't got it. Some of the players are just playing when things are going well and that's not the players we want at this club."
