Paul Peschisolido hailed the team spirit within his Burton squad after they created a piece of history against Chesterfield.
Albion became the first team to beat the Spireites in league competition at their new b2net Stadium, in turn choosing the most unlikeliest of venues to record their first away win of the season.
Speaking after the Brewers` 2-1 win, Peschisolido said: "All of them (his players) are in it together and they got what they deserved. But it's been coming because our performances away have been good, we just haven't had any luck.
"We had a bit of luck at times (on Saturday) but we had enough chances to win the game.
"The formation worked but it's players who make formations work and credit to my lads, they were brilliant.
"I'm very pleased to have the lads I've got, they've got that `in it together` mentality and you see it all the time. We came under pressure towards the end and could have crumbled but we didn't."
