Paul Peschisolido saluted his Burton side after a gripping 3-3 draw at home to play-off chasing Torquay moved the club a step closer to safety. The Burton boss praised his side's spirit as they came back from two goals down, courtesy of Gulls duo Chris Zebroski and Gavin Tomlin, to take a 3-2 lead through John McGrath, Greg Pearson and Calvin Zola. Torquay substitute Billy Kee then had the final say with a fine 73rd-minute leveller to level things again and ensure both sides walked away with a point. It leaves Burton four points clear of the drop zone with six left to play for. Peschisolido said: "It was a real thriller. We've put in five good performances back-to-back now and we've gone four unbeaten. We're moving in the right direction and the important thing is we're another game nearer the end of the season and we've not lost any ground to the teams at the bottom of the table. "We've come back from the dead before this season - and that was the old Burton we saw here. We're showing a never-say-die attitude and hopefully that will continue until the end of the season. "The lads are silent in the dressing room, but it isn't because they're depressed or upset. It's just their legs have gone after a really punishing schedule. They put everything into it and I can only give them credit for matching a team as good as Torquay in all departments."
