Pesch expects wait

Manager Paul Peschisolido is not expecting quick answers from the Burton players who have been offered new contracts. Albion have offered deals to seven players, with, only full-back Andy Corbett putting pen to paper so far. However, Peschisolido is not unduly worried that he has not received an immediate response from the other players. "I wasn't expecting my phone to be red hot because people need to sit down with their families and talk about what they want to do next," said the Canadian. "These lads are now free agents and it's only natural they should want a bit of time to think things over. "I'm not holding them to a timescale, but I would think a week or so is a reasonable amount of time to give them to arrive at their decisions."
