Loan arrivals an option for Pesch

Burton boss Paul Peschisolido has warned his under-achieving players that no-one`s place in the team is safe and he is prepared to freshen up the squad with loan signings. The Canadian pulled no punches in his assessment of his team following the 3-0 defeat at Shrewsbury on Tuesday night that left Albion outside the relegation zone only on goal difference. "I need players who are going to start to deliver from now on in," said Peschisolido. "We need results and if the current players can't sort it out, then I'll bring in people who can. "As far as I'm concerned, no-one's job is safe and I'll use the loan system if I have to to bring in people who can turn things around for us. Not just a striker or a winger but all over the pitch if needs be. "First and foremost, we need to change the mentality of the team. "Losing at Shrewsbury was borne out of frustration because we were the better team for 55 minutes, but then they got a goal and suddenly everyone was saying `here we go again'. That's not good enough."
