Burton striker Shaun Harrad has praised manager Paul Peschisolido for the impact he has had on his career since he took over the reigns at the Pirelli Stadium. Harrad, who scored his first ever Football League hat-trick in the 3-3 draw at Rotherham hailed Peschisolido's man-management. "The manager is absolutely superb to work with, I've learnt so much off him. He's brought my game forward and he's added so much to my game and I appreciate it," he told the Burton Mail. "Every day after training I stay behind and do a bit extra, and that is only going to improve me as a player, and I'm willing to learn." Harrad scored 22 goals last season and helped Burton establish themselves as a Football League club.
