Games racking up for Albion

Boss Paul Peschisolido is worried the number of postponed matches will wreck Burton`s season. Albion have played up to eight games fewer than some of the teams around them after their game at Bury was called off due to a waterlogged pitch on Saturday. Peschisolido`s side have played only four League Two fixtures since November 23 and the Canadian admits having to play 24 games in the remaining 13 weeks of campaign is a daunting prospect. "It's killing us. I've never known a season like it. Saturday was another disaster day for us in terms of getting ourselves back up that league table," said Peschisolido. "I don't think I've ever known a club to be so far behind with its fixtures in comparison to other teams. We're seven and eight games behind a lot of teams, which is absolutely freaky. I keep praying we have no more postponements, then another comes along. "My concern now is that if we get more bad weather we'll end up having to play four games in eight days at some stage. But it's important we don't look too far ahead and stay positive about picking up points in the next group of fixtures."
