A Leader Is Required
Burton Albion manager Paul Peschisolido has made a commanding defender his number one transfer target this summer. The Brewers have conceded 68 goals in 43 League Two games so far this season, more than all but four of their rivals, but have still managed to compete for a top-half finish and at one stage a play-off place. However, Peschisolido believes that Burton need to recruit an experienced defender to help steady their defence for next season. The Brewers have little left to play for this season, with the play-off aspirations quashed and safety secured a long time ago, but Peschisolido insists they will be hoping to end their campaign on a high.
