Zach Clough coming to the Clarets?

Bolton Wanderers may have their resolve seriously tested in the January transfer window when Premier League Burnley come knocking at their door enquiring about the services of star striker Zach Clough.

Whites' manager Phil Parkinson is already attempting to dampen interest in the young Wanderers hitman and said,  “In English football at the moment young players have learned next to nothing and they get moves which make them millionaires overnight. They haven’t had the flaws ironed out in their game.”

Burnley boss Sean Dyche will be looking to replace Blues and Rams target Lukas Jutkiewicz and the nearest thing I have seen to Danny ings might just be on the Clarets' January shopping list.

Clarets' gaffer Dyche has already bagged a good few aspiring hopefuls and turned them into world beaters. England goalkeeper Tom Heaton and centre back Michael Keane along with the Championship's leading scorer of last season Andre Gray, provide eloquent testimony to how Dyche bends and shapes his young protegees.

Clough for Burnley? You heard it here first folks! (TEC).
