Webster and Woolmer for Christmas games
Colin Webster and Andy Woolmer will be the referees for our two Christmas games, at Barnsley on Boxing Day and at home to Scunthorpe two days later. For Webster it will be a second Burnley game this season having refereed the opening game against Nottingham Forest at the Turf back in August. In that game he yellow carded both Chris Iwelumo and Tyrone Mears.We have to go back to the promotion season For Woolmer's last Burnley game. That was at QPR in November 2008 when he carded Joey Gudjonsson, Stephen Jordan and Kevin McDonald in our 2-1 win.There will be more on the referees just ahead of the two games.
