Tindall: We should have won it

Burnley assistant manager Jason Tindall felt his side should have taken all three points after they were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Portsmouth. Chris Eagles cancelled out former Clarets' striker David Nugent's opener to earn the hosts a share of the spoils. But Tindall said: "I thought we were the better side by far, we created quite a few chances, got a lot of balls into the box and on another day would have won the game comfortably. "But that's football, we're disappointed but we're still in with a great chance of reaching the play-offs. "They made it difficult for us and got a lot of bodies behind the ball. "We were disappointed with the goal we conceded, we got caught on the counter attack but we responded very well and on our day we could have got the second and gone on to win it comfortably."
