The start of the season sees players making debuts for new clubs, and at just about every club in the country. At Burnley we've already seen debuts for new captain Jason Shackell, left back Joseph Mills and midfielder Brian Stock. Southampton debut for Jay Rod

That's meant a number of changes have been made to the PLAYED FOR BOTH feature on the site with the first addition coming a week last Saturday when Robbie Blake was added to Doncaster. The feature lists, club by club, those players who have played for Burnley and each one of those Football League clubs in post-war football.

The changes to Doncaster have been the most extensive. Not only is it Blake, but all three of our debutants have previously played for them. Stock arrived from Donny whilst both Shackell and Mills have played for them on loan.

Other players who have been added to new clubs include Dele Adebola(Rochdale), Jon Harley (Portsmouth), Zavon Hines (Bradford City), Richard Duffy (Port Vale) and the latest update was that of Jay Rodriguez who made his Premier League bow for Southampton yesterday in their 3-2 defeat at the Etihad against Manchester City.

The PLAYED FOR BOTH feature can be found in the Players drop down menu.
