The Grant queue is building

26 July 2010 10:55
Burnley have agreed a fee with Sheffield Wednesday for goalkeeper Lee Grant but now both West Bromwich Albion and Bristol City have joined the queue. The situation right now is that Burnley are the only club, as yet, to have been given permission by Wednesday to talk to Grant. However, the two clubs named above are now also reported to be interested in signing him.Bristol City are a surprise, but West Brom are known to be searching for a goalkeeper and have had three bids rebuffed by Preston for the £20 (TWENTY) million rated Andy Lonergan. The situation as far as we are concerened remains the same. We have permission to speak to Grant and he's expected to be at Turf Moor this week for talks.
