Burnley boss Stan Ternent handed the praise for his side's penalty shoot-out victory at Chesterfield in the Carling Cup on Tuesday to goalkeeper Brian Jensen.
The Big Dane made an uncertain debut for the Clarets in Saturday's 3-2 defeat by Crytsal Palace but redeemed himself at Saltergate by producing a series of important stops throughout the match and in the shoot-out.
"I thought he showed a lot of character," said Ternent.
"He made some great saves and it was a fantastic cup-tie fight. This is always a difficult place to come to and we are happy to get through."
