Vokes was outstanding up front for the Clarets and his performance has won him both the man of the match vote and the player ratings on Clarets Mad.
He was a runaway winner for the man of the match, winning 41.0% of the vote with fellow striker Danny Ings coming in second with a 16.9% share. Jason Shackell, again in top form at the back, was third with 11.7% of the vote and a 7.0% share gave goalscorer Junior Stanislas, on as a substitute, fourth place.
Three of those four players were in the top four in the player ratings. Again Vokes was the winner. He had a rating of 7.75 out of 10 with Shackell coming second with a rating of 7.50. Stanislas made third place and his rating was 7.42 while a rating of 7.29 out of 10 was enough to win fourth place for goalkeeper Tom Heaton.
Vokes wins the maximum ten points towards the Clarets Mad Player of the Year. Behind him there are five points for Shackell, three each for Ings and Stanislas and one point for Heaton.
Those points have strengthened Shackell's lead at the top. He's now on 44 points, giving him an 18 point lead over second place Kieran Trippier. Ings is now joint third with David Jones and Keith Treacy with Heaton and Vokes just behind them.
The voting for the Birmingham game continues until the end of tomorrow. You can cast your man of the match vote via the VOTING POLLS page or the front page and Player Ratings can be left on the message board.
