urnley boss Brian Laws has revealed homegrown striker Jay Rodriguez is on the radar of England Under-21 boss Stuart Pearce.[LNB] The 21-year-old forward has scored three goals this season and could now earn inclusion in Pearce's squad for the friendly in Germany on November 16.[LNB]Laws said: "We are obviously delighted with Jay's progress this season and I think, at this moment in time, he's in good form.[LNB]"It's no surprise that the likes of Stuart Pearce and the England U21s are looking at him because he is at the right age of talent that England are looking for.[LNB]"The progress he has made has obviously catapulted him into the eyes of the England U21s and to get recognition already - by being looked at - suggests he is going in the right direction.[LNB]"We just have to make sure he keeps progressing and doing the things he is doing and hopefully he will get that recognition with a call-up."
