Prince's praise for fine Clarets
The team have earned some notable results since being promoted to the Premier League this year and have been praised by the heir to the throne for their efforts.[LNB]The Clarets have beaten champions Manchester United and the work of the club in the local community has also won them plaudits from the prince.[LNB]Charles, 61, expressed his interest in the team when he met club director John Sullivan at a private reception at Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh recently.[LNB]Mr Sullivan told the Lancashire Telegraph: "The Prince was delighted at the progress made by the club and has expressed a desire to visit us and see the good work we do in the community for himself, should his diary allow."[LNB][LNB]
