Player Pages - we're nearly there
More player pages have been added this morning with those players who made their debuts in the first five seasons of this millennium. That's another 52 players covering the seasons 2000/01 to 2004/05. It starts with Kevin Ball, Lee Briscoe and Phil Gray, who all played their first Burnley games on the opening day of the 2000/01 season at Bolton, through to Dean Bowditch who joined us from Ipswich on loan in the latter part of the 2004/05 season. Of those added today there are no less than 29 of them with profiles, including a new one of Nik Michopoulos that appears elsewhere on the front page. The other players profiled are Ade Akinbiyi, Dele Adebola, Kevin Ball, Robbie Blake, Dean Bowditch, Gary Cahill, Mo Camara, Luigi Cennamo, Danny Coyne, Richard Duffy, Tony Ellis, Paul Gascoigne, Arthur Gnohere, Phil Gray, Micah Hyde, David Johnson, David May, John McGreal, James O'Connor, John Oster, Mark Rasmussen, Frank Sinclair, Gareth Taylor, Ian Thomas-Moore, Ryan Townsend, Jean-Louis Valois, Pete Whittingham and Neil Wood. Andy Ashworth has written the profiles for Adebola, Rasmussen and Townsend and those for Ellis, Valois and Whittingham are by Dave Blackburn. John Robertson wrote Akinbiyi's, Gascoigne's was by Paul Coppack and Johnson's by Martyn Biddulph. The Player Pages will be completed on Thursday, including any new signings made by then.
