Paterson gets N Ireland call
urnley's Martin Paterson has been called up to the Northern Ireland squad for next month's Euro 2012 qualifier against the Faroe Islands.[LNB] Paterson, back in the squad for the first time since September 2010, is part of a 23-man party picked by boss Nigel Worthington for the game in Belfast on August 10.[LNB]Northern Ireland head into the match second bottom of Group C - two points above the Faroes - having picked up six points from their first five games.[LNB]Worthington's side lie five points behind second-placed Slovenia but have games in hand on all their rivals.
