Laws said: "Unfortunately I can only satisfy the first XI, semi-satisfy the subs and never satisfy the others.[LNB]"I know Joey is a strong-minded lad. He wants to play football and believes he should be in the team but at the moment I don't believe that.[LNB]"That is the situation, it is a matter of opinion. If we beg to differ on that, that is fine, it is part and parcel of football.[LNB]"But as far as a bust-up is concerned, it is a load of rubbish. He is working as hard as he possibly can to try to get into the team."[LNB]Ecuador playmaker Guerrero has failed to make an impact since joining the club on a season-long loan from Independiente del Valle.[LNB]The 20-year-old showed flashes of talent earlier in the season but has made just seven Premier League appearances and not featured at all since Laws took charge last month.[LNB]Laws said: "He is a player that has come in with high expectations but we have come to a decision that he is not going to get into our side.[LNB]"He is a player that needs to move on and see if there is anything out there that would suit him better.[LNB]"He is probably disappointed and I think everyone is disappointed that he has not made an impact at the football club.[LNB]"But we have got to move on and concentrate on those who are going to affect the team."[LNB][LNB]
