No go for Puygrenier

Burnley will not be pursuing their interest in French central defender Sebastien Puygrenier who has been at Turf Moor this week on trial.

He arrived on Monday with suggestions that his club, Zenit St. Petersburg, could be willing to allow him to leave in January on a free transfer.

However, he's now left the club and Eddie How has confirmed we will not be taking things any further.
