New ground pictures
Further additions to the ground pictures feature have now taken the total number of pictures to 1,135 featuring no less than 343 different grounds in 60 different countries. Olympiastadion in Stockholm, home of Djurgardens IF:The newest pictures include some non-league grounds, including Stalybridge Celtic's, where we recently played a reserve game, and Todmorden Borough amongst others.In the league we've added the new Globe Arena at Morecambe whilst out of England there are now pictures from Sorrento in Italy and both Djurgardens and Vimmerby in Sweden.We've also been asked, where possible, to add pictures of statues outside football grounds. One of Billy Bremner at Elland Road was already included but you'll now find Sirs Alf Ramsey and Bobby Robson at Ipswich's Portman Road and Bob Stoke outside the Stadium of Light at Sunderland.Please SEND in your ground pictures for inclusion in the next update and click HERE to go to the Ground Pictures feature.
