McCann to see specialist
Chris McCann is set to see a specialist next week having been out for over two weeks with the knee problem that forced him off during the first half of the first game in Singapore. McCann has been rested from the games during that two weeks but hasn't responded in the way it was hoped and now the club will seek a second opinion.Manager Brian Laws said: We can't really put a finger on what is exactly wrong with Chris until he sees the specialist and he looks at the scans."Let's see what the outcome is when he sees a specialist next week, just to make sure that he's happy with everything. He is still in training and still working hard. We're just keeping him out of the contact zones with other players.
