McCann on target in friendly win

The Clarets, who have the weekend off due to their fourth-round exit from the FA Cup at the hands of Reading, enjoyed a 2-1 win against the Ukrainian league leaders on Friday, with midfielder McCann stepping up his comeback from a knee injury with a decisive strike during his 45-minute run out.[LNB]Manager Brian Laws told the club's official website: "Chris looked good and obviously it was nice to see him back on the pitch."[LNB]Goalkeeper Nicky Weaver made his first appearance for the Clarets, completing 90 minutes between the sticks, while left-back Stephen Jordan also featured following his hamstring injury.[LNB]Laws added: "Both Dynamo Kiev and ourselves were really happy with it and it was a great work-out for us."[LNB][LNB]
