Burnley midfielder Dean Marney is hoping his first goal for the club will be the first of many. The former Tottenham man was on target during Saturday`s thrilling clash at Sheffield United as the Clarets squandered a 2-0 lead before eventually drawing 3-3. While disappointed at not taking maximum points, Marney was happy to get off the mark and is keen to stay on the goal trail. After his first goal for 11 months, Marney said: "To go as long as I have without a goal, I was starting to think about it. Hopefully a few will follow now. "It was nice to get off the mark. It's taken longer than I would have liked and if we had won the game I would have been able to enjoy it. "I was pleased to get but it's all about the result, so it's disappointing."
