Lynch set for League One Hartlepool

Young central defender Chris Lynch could be set for a loan in League One with Hartlepool United this week as he looks to get his season on the move after recovering from cruciate ligament surgery. Lynchy is now fully fit and went out on loan to Hyde last month. That didn't quite work out and he played just a game and a half for them before returning to Turf Moor having to sit out the remainder of his loan.Last season he went to the now defunct Chester City on loan, then playing in the Blue Square Bet Conference, and turned in some very impressive displays but sustaining the injury. He so impressed everyone at Chester and none more so than their manager at the time Mick Wadsworth who is now in charge at Hartlepool and is ready to give Chris an opportunity to play some football at League One level. He'll go to Hartlepool tomorrow to start training and if he impresses then a loan deal could be struck very quickly and he could even find himself sat on the subs bench when they play Walsall at Victoria Park this Wednesday. There is also good news on his central defensive partner Nik Kudiersky, also in his second season as a professional at Turf Moor. Nik, like Chris, had surgery last season on a knee injury and is now ready to return to full training this week with the development squad.
