Long set for Stanley switch
urnley defender Kevin Long is set to join League Two outfit Accrington Stanley on a one-month loan deal.[LNB] The 20-year-old will complete the move, which gives him the option to extend his stay, on Friday provided the paperwork goes through.[LNB]Manager John Coleman is delighted to have secured the centre-back's services.[LNB]"He's played for Republic of Ireland Under-21s," said Coleman.[LNB]"He has got a good pedigree and he's had a good grounding at Burnley so he is not coming here as a fresh-faced kid, he's been over here for a while.[LNB]"It will be a different style of football to what he is used to playing in League Two and hopefully he will cope and adapt."
