Laws: We deserved to win
Burnley boss Brian Laws felt his side were worth all three points after they were held to a goalless draw at Crystal Palace.
Chris Eagles hit the crossbar and Palace goalkeeper Julian Speroni produced a hat-trick of great saves to deny young striker Jay Rodriguez, who also saw a shot come back off the angle of the post and crossbar during the closing stages.
Laws said: "Of course it's two points dropped but we are delighted with the performance and there are too many plusses to be disappointed.
"We came here and dominated and how we haven't scored is incredible. I am proud of the performance and it shows we are going in the right direction."
