urnley manager Brian Laws believes his side must hit the ground running in what promises to be a tough start to their Championship campaign.[LNB] The Clarets open the season with a home clash against Nottingham Forest and then face a long trip to Ipswich before Leicester visit Turf Moor.[LNB]The next three matches look similarly demanding, with trips to Swansea and Middlesbrough sandwiched by a home clash against Lancashire rivals Preston.[LNB]Laws said: "We know we need to hit the ground running and there couldn't be a better few games to look forward to. The first five are all against strong teams, so it will certainly give us a good indicator of how strong this league is.[LNB]"There are no easy games at this level and the fixture list emphasises that.[LNB]"It has set the bar high, but it will prepare us for the marathon ahead and we feel we are up to the challenge and our goal of getting back into the Premier League."
