Laws to assess big Chris fitness
urnley boss Brian Laws will assess striker Chris Iwelumo's injury fully before making any last-minute moves into the transfer market.[LNB] Iwelumo looks set to miss Scotland's upcoming double header against Lithuania and Liechtenstein after suffering a hamstring injury late in Saturday's defeat to Swansea.[LNB]Laws said: "We will have to assess what Chris is like, but I would say it is highly unlikely now he will go with Scotland during the international break.[LNB]"We went to get a result (at Swansea) and in the end we only had nine men with Chris carrying a hamstring injury.[LNB]"So we will wait and see how he is and we will be dictated to by the injuries in terms of any potential moves in the market."
