Burnley boss Brian Laws admits he be forced to enter the loan market in a bid to reinvigorate his squad.
The Clarets` struggles on the road continued on Saturday as they slipped to a 1-0 defeat at Coventry, leaving them without an away win this season.
Asked whether he was considering signing players on loan, Laws said: "If we`re not going to capitalise on our opportunities that we create, then I may have to do that.
"We`ve got have big hearts out there and we keep saying week in, week out - whether we`re putting pressure on ourselves - that we want to do well in this division, we want to get in that top six for sure because we`re more than good enough.
"However, if we start snatching at opportunities as we`ve done today at times when we`re losing that little bit of composure then maybe I might need that."
