Burnley boss Brian Laws believes striker Jay Rodriguez is getting better with every game he plays.
The homegrown frontman, 21, scored his first goal away from Turf Moor to earn the Clarets a point in Saturday`s 1-1 draw at Millwall.
Yet it was his all-round game which left Laws singing his praises and tipping him to continue to prosper.
Laws said: "He was different class, not only on the ball but off the ball and he finished it off with a great goal.
"He's enjoying it and he's earned the right to be in the side. He should have had a few more goals since he's been in the side as he's hit the post more times than anybody else.
"The lad is improving with every game. He's really come back as a mature player."
