Laws is in discussions with a number of squad members over new deals but much depends on which division the club are playing in next season.[LNB]The Clarets have a tough task to maintain their Premier League status having been cut three points adrift of safety with just seven games remaining.[LNB]Laws said: "We are going to get to a stage where decisions will be made about players' comings and goings, but we can't really make a decision until we know for sure which direction we are going in."[LNB]A report had suggested that veteran players Graham Alexander and Robbie Blake were close to agreeing new deals.[LNB]Laws, however, insists the relegation fight and Sunday's crucial derby against Blackburn at Turf Moor are his prime concerns.[LNB]He added: "We have been talking to quite a few of the players about contracts and so on, we have got to start doing that.[LNB]"Whilst we continue talking there is always a chance players could agree terms.[LNB]"Everything is going positively for us but the most important thing is we concentrate on this game.[LNB]"It is not about players' contracts or anything like that - that is secondary at this moment in time."[LNB][LNB]
