Laws hails Easton impact
Burnley boss Brian Laws has paid tribute to defender Brian Easton and said his performances have deterred him from dipping into the transfer market.
An injury to Danny Fox has opened the door to Easton and he has taken his chance with aplomb.
Laws said: "Brian is there for a reason. He was brought into this club because he's a good player.
"The test will be when he is thrown into the lions' den and how does he cope with it? He has coped very well.
"I think his performances have shown he is a good replacement. He has grown into the games and done really well. It has taken me a step back from maybe jumping into the market."
