Laws aiming for more signings
Burnley boss Brian Laws is still hoping to add more new signings to his squad soon but is becoming frustrated at how long the potential deals are taking.
Laws' men romped home to a 3-0 win at Bury on Saturday courtesy of goals from debutant Ross Wallace, Steven Thompson and Chris Eagles.
The former Sheffield Wednesday boss is confident he can conclude a deal before his side fly out for their tour to Singapore in a week's time.
He told the club's official website: "There will definitely be one or two more incoming and I am a little disappointed that I haven't concluded one by this weekend, but we are digging away there.
"We are hoping to conclude that next week, but the other club are just dragging their heels a little. But I certainly want one in before we go to Singapore and hopefully another one later."
