Yesterday former Burnley left back Stephen Jordan was named in the Sheffield United squad for their home game against Derby County, but today he lined up for Huddersfield Town as they faced Leyton Orient at home in a League One game. Jordan joined the Blades at the beginning of this season, having been released by the Clarets last May, but new manager Micky Adams, who has had a nightmare start since taking over right at the end of 2009, decided to make him available for loan. This morning Huddersfield made their move, with both Gary Naysmith and Liam RIdehalgh injured. They signed him on a one month emergency loan and he stepped straight into the team.Jordan said ahead of the game: "The move happened very quickly; obviously I have been at Sheffield United this season and was made available for loan by the club at the start of the year. My agent spoke with the manager here and it all got sorted very quickly."I only know Joey Gudjonsson out of the squad, we spent time together during my three years at Burnley. Despite only knowing Joey I don't see it as a major problem. The next month will be a new challenge for me. I have joined a club on the up and I am delighted to be part of it."Jordan, who has appeared twice recently for Sheffield United after being out of the side for two and a half months, played the full ninety minutes in a game that ended 2-2 with Huddersfield losing a two goal lead in the last 17 minutes.
