It is an experience that has served him well during a period of sustained success for the club under manager Owen Coyle.[LNB]"I think the stats state I have not lost a penalty shoot-out, "said the Danish shot-stopper.[LNB]One such occasion was last November when Chelsea were beaten 6-5 on spot kicks in the Carling Cup after the scores had finished level at 1-1.[LNB]Jensen saved the decisive one from Jon Obi Mikel and Burnley went on to reach the semi-finals before winning promotion.[LNB]The 34-year-old returns to Stamford Bridge on Saturday, having already faced two penalties this season and not conceded a goal.[LNB]He saved Michael Carrick's effort in the superb victory against Manchester United then watched as Louis Saha dragged his shot wide in the defeat of Everton.[LNB]Jensen said: "There is no real key to saving penalties, no research as such, just instinct, that's all.[LNB]"Maybe players look at my size and frame and think 'How do I get it past that big lump'.[LNB]"Beating Chelsea in the shoot-out was nice and gave us confidence. But it was a one-off and we have to look forward."[LNB]Jensen fully appreciates being on the Premier League stage in this his seventh season at Turf Moor.[LNB]He said: "I think hard work pays off in the end. That is my story. Maybe some Premiership players have had it too easy.[LNB]"It has taken me a long time to get to this level but finally I am here and I want to make the most of it.[LNB]"We all know we have to keep our feet on the ground because things can go either way. We must keep our standards high."[LNB]Jensen believes they can face Chelsea with quiet confidence.[LNB]"They are playing probably the best football of any team at the moment but if we play like we did last year we have a chance, " he said.[LNB]"We are the underdogs again and this is the Premier League not the Carling Cup but our ambition remains the same."[LNB][LNB]
