Iwelumo eyes strong start for Clarets
ew recruit Chris Iwelumo has urged Burnley to make a strong start to the season as they bid to make an immediate return to the top flight.[LNB] Along with Nottingham Forest, Middlesbrough and QPR, the Clarets have been installed among the bookmakers' favourites to reach the Premier League.[LNB]Striker Iwelumo said: "It's a hard, hard long season and we have to make sure we start positively and take in one game at a time no matter how well or average it is.[LNB]"There will be many surprises and ups and downs but it's over 46 games, not the first couple."
