Burnley have confirmed the signing of 19-year-old forward Danny Ings from Bournemouth this afternoon and he's signed a four year deal with the club. There has been plenty of speculation linking him to Burnley over recent weeks and on Saturday the news of his move was broken by the Bournemouth Echo. He was withdrawn from the Bournemouth team for their game against and today travelled to Burnley to complete the move. Ings said: "Ed and Jason brought me through when I was first at Bournemouth and gave me the opportunity and it's good to be back working with them, day in, day out to try and improve as a player. "There were a few teams that were interested but the whole time there was interest there was only one place I wanted to be, with my old management team. It means a lot to me that they are going to give me a chance and hopefully I can repay them. Burnley is a big club and it's good to be here and I can't wait to play for them." Ings becomes Eddie Howe's fifth summer signing and he will wear the squad number 14 that was previously worn by Tyrone Mears.
