Burnley have confirmed that vice-chairman Ray Ingleby has resigned from the club's board of directors. Ingleby joined the board of directors in February 1999 and was elected as vice-chairman following Barry Kilby's appointment as chairman. Ingleby said: "With great regret I have decided to resign as a director of Burnley football club due to personal reasons. "I have loved the last 12 years, being involved with Burnley, and I would hope to get back involved with this great club at some point in the future."
