Howe patience over new boys
Eddie Howe is set to bolster his Burnley squad with new signings but says it could take longer than expected for his efforts to bear fruit.[LNB] The Clarets are bidding to win promotion to the Premier League after failing to reach the play-offs last season.[LNB]Howe told the Lancashire Telegraph: "We're in the hunt for players. We identified players a long time ago and it's just a case of getting over the line with them.[LNB]"In an ideal world you would have your squad settled and go and do pre-season with them and bed the team down.[LNB]"But we're working hard and if things take longer they take longer, that's how it goes."[LNB]
