Holloway dismisses Clarets link

Blackpool boss Ian Holloway has ruled himself out of the running for the Burnley job. Holloway's managerial career has been revitalised after taking the helm of the Seasiders in May 2009. However, the former Bristol Rovers, Plymouth Argyle, Leicester City and QPR boss has pledged his future to the Championship club following reported interest from Burnley. The Clarets are on the lookout for a new manager after granting Owen Coyle permission to move to Bolton Wanderers. "It is very flattering but I am not going anywhere," Holloway told the Blackpool Gazette. "I am more than happy and I am afraid the chairman will need a hell of a tub of cream to get rid of me - I'm like a bad rash and not easily curable. "I have a contract here that suited the club and myself, and I fully intend to work that all the way through and finish what I'm trying to start here. "I don't think I've ever enjoyed my football as much as I am now."
