Harvey and Lazaar play in Barrow's trophy win

Barrow faced Workington last night in a pre-season game, the first leg of the annual game for the Chas Kendall Trophy, and there were two familiar names in the Barrow line up for Burnley supporters.

Alex-Ray Harvey enjoyed a loan at Holker Street last season before being released by the Clarets. He's featured in both of their pre-season games so far and played last night in the centre of midfield.

Barrow also included some trialists, one of whom is believed to be Mehdi Lazaar who is about to embark on his second year as a full time professional at Turf Moor.

Barrow won the game 3-0 with Lazaar on the scoresheet with the final goal.
