The 22-year-old £3million summer signing from Hibernian has scored three goals in his last five league matches having taken seven games to get off the mark in his debut season in England.[LNB]Fletcher is currently on the fringes of the Scotland team, playing 15 minutes in Saturday's 3-0 defeat against Wales, but admits moving to Burnley has had a major impact on his career.[LNB]In recent matches Clarets manager Owen Coyle has brought Fletcher into the centre from a wide-right position and that has also made a difference.[LNB]"At first the gaffer started me wide on the right in those early games but, after a bit, he put me through the middle and I've not looked back," said Fletcher.[LNB]"Since he took a chance on me I'm feeling a lot more confident and able to cope with big games and big opponents. I certainly don't stand back and look at them like they're special."[LNB][LNB]
