The 22-year-old Scotland forward moved to Turf Moor from Hibernian for a record £3million in June, and scored in the Clarets' 3-3 draw at Manchester City on Saturday.[LNB]Fletcher thinks he has adapted well to life in the Premier League and is glad to have proved the sceptics wrong.[LNB]"Some people had a question mark over myself when I was coming down from Scotland but I'm happy I'm scoring goals and putting in performances like I am," he told the Daily Record.[LNB]The Clarets have made an excellent start on their return to the top flight and currently lie 10th in the Premier League table with 16 points from 12 games.[LNB]Fletcher believes Burnley's draw with big-spending City at Eastlands puts to bed their dreadful away record in the league so far this term, and he hopes they can go from strength to strength after the international break.[LNB]"There's a lot of pressure off our shoulders getting such a good performance away from home," he added.[LNB]"It's unusual for us to go to a big place like that and be a bit disappointed not to get three points.[LNB]"We know we have not been up to scratch in our away games but we are happy now. There was a buzz in the changing room afterwards.[LNB]"There's an international break now which gives some of the boys the chance to get away with their families and then we will come back and start again against Aston Villa to hopefully build on this."[LNB][LNB] Barclays Premiership Relegation 2009/2010.
