Coyle insists it is a battle every week, no matter where they are playing, to maintain their top-flight status for a second successive season.[LNB]Burnley entertain Fulham on Saturday - on the back of a defeat by Portsmouth - and 16 of their 17 points have come at Turf Moor.[LNB]Coyle said: "There is pressure in every game, home and away, and we have shown we can go toe to toe with the very best.[LNB]"We are the smallest town in the league and we have the lowest budget. We have to surpass the expectations people have of us.[LNB]"Before the start of the season we were totally written off. People thought we would get less points than Derby did a few years ago.[LNB]"We have shown we are up for the fight and have continued to pick up points. You have to wear that shirt with pride and play to you maximum for our magnificent fans. If we keep doing that we will be fine."[LNB][LNB]
