Easton not concerned by goal

Burnley defender Brian Easton admits that his goal against Leeds on Saturday was little consolation in the light of his side's 3-2 defeat. Easton opened the scoring with only the third goal of his career and Jay Rodriguez added a second to put the Clarets 2-0 up at half-time and in total control. Yet second-half goals from Max Gradel, Luciano Becchio and Jonathan Howson exposed Burnley's defensive frailties and put another dent in their promotion hopes. Easton told Clarets Player: "The goals come few and far between for me so any one will be special, but when you get the goal you don't think too much for yourself. "It's a collective thing and it takes the shine off it if you don't get the three points. "It was disappointing we couldn't get that equaliser and even more disappointing we couldn't hold onto a two-goal lead. It has happened too many times this season."
